1. Who you're contracting with
GirlyPop AI ("the Service") is operated by Dollhouse Studios LLC("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company. By using the Service, you ("you", "the user") enter into a binding agreement with Dollhouse Studios LLC.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Description of the Service
GirlyPop AI is a personal AI companion chat product. It includes conversational chat, memory of user-provided life details, optional image and audio uploads, an encrypted private diary (Plus feature), and personalization options (Plus feature).
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity.
- Engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or impersonation.
- Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
- Upload malware or content designed to harm systems or users.
- Submit content depicting minors in a sexual context, non-consensual sexual content, or content that incites violence or hatred.
- Attempt to "jailbreak" or circumvent the AI's content safeguards.
6. Generative AI — your responsibility
The Service uses third-party large language models. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for: the prompts and content you submit, your use of any outputs, verifying the accuracy of outputs before relying on them, and ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, mental health, legal, financial, or otherwise). If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.
7. Content moderation
We reserve the right to filter, refuse, restrict, or remove outputs and to suspend accounts that violate these Terms. We may remove user content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Dollhouse Studios LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use within your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.
9. Takedown / IP complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@dollhousestudios.app with: a description of the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. We will review and act on valid notices.
10. Subscriptions, payment, and refunds
Plus is a $5.99/month recurring subscription with a 2-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial and on each renewal date until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Stripe handles billing, tax calculation and remittance, and payment-related support on our behalf. For payment, billing, and tax mechanics, see Stripe's Consumer Terms and our Refund Policy.
11. Service level
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing use. On termination of your account, your data may be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dollhouse Studios LLC from claims arising from: your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or law, or your violation of third-party rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
16. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, internet or hosting provider outages, or government action.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
