1. Who we are
GirlyPop AI™ is operated by Dollhouse Studios LLC, the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. You can reach us at support@dollhousestudios.app.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — email address, login credentials, display name, avatar (if provided).
- Chat content — messages you send, images and audio you upload, and AI responses generated for you.
- Memory and profile data — life facts (birthday, favorite color, hometown, pets, etc.), life events you choose to track, and partner notes.
- Diary content — diary entries (encrypted client-side when you set a PIN), mood tags, and uploaded media.
- Usage and device data — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and basic telemetry needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. Why we use your data (purposes and legal bases)
- Provide the Service — to authenticate you, store your conversations, generate AI replies, and keep your diary and memory available across sessions. Legal basis: performance of contract.
- Security and fraud prevention — to protect the Service and our users from abuse, spam, and unauthorized access. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Customer support — to respond to your requests. Legal basis: legitimate interests / performance of contract.
- Product improvement — to debug issues, improve features, and understand aggregate usage. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Legal compliance — to meet our legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Payment-related data (card details, billing address) is collected and processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
4. Who we share data with
- Hosting and infrastructure — Supabase / Lovable Cloud (database, auth, storage).
- AI model providers — Google (Gemini) and OpenAI, used to generate chat responses. Your messages are sent to these providers to produce a reply.
- Payment processor — Stripe handles checkout, subscriptions, payments, tax, invoicing, and billing-related support.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers where necessary.
- Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside of your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").

Diary entries can additionally be encrypted client-side with a PIN only you know — we cannot recover those entries if you forget your PIN.
No system is 100% secure. If you become aware of a security issue, please contact us immediately.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser settings let you manage cookie preferences at any time.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to our Terms of Service. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute any part of the Service;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service or its outputs;
- scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect data, prompts, responses, or assets from the Service;
- use the Service or its outputs to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning or AI model;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- use any GirlyPop AI™ name, logo, persona, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our written consent.
Content you submit (messages, diary entries, uploaded media) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Dollhouse Studios LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service for you.
DMCA / copyright claims. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
