How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund or manage your subscription:
- Open the app, go to Settings → Manage subscription, and use the billing portal to view invoices or cancel.
- For a refund, email us at support@dollhousestudios.app with the email you used at checkout — we'll process it within a few business days.
Free trial
Plus comes with a 2-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
After the refund period
After 30 days from your most recent payment, refunds are not guaranteed. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges — your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
